ABSL is the one and only association in the Czech Republic bringing together over 100 world’s largest companies and employers – the business service centers. These are international hubs based in the Czech Republic but providing services to their mother companies and clients all over the world. Our job is to make sure they strive and we do this by running top-notch events and conferences, offering industry-tailored education programs, we also research the field and work with our partners.
We have a dynamic team and are now looking to bring in a customer-focused business development mind, who will take over our Fusion education suite and help with member engagement. But also, who will be a responsible and independent project coordinator and organize with us all the events our member companies love.
What will you do?
Manage ABSL Fusion education programs (Fusion Leader, Fusion Professional, MBA, Fusion Academy) – from applications processing through program delivery to graduation and program feedback
Identify potential clients within the ABSL network and create a target client pipeline
Develop and maintain member relationships
Coordinate with Marketing Manager on Fusion communications and campaigns
Communicate with and support education program participants
Organise ABSL education activities, including events and webinars
Cooperate and maintain regular contact with education providers to improve education programs
Monitor education and professional development trends in the sector
Report on program success and participant feedback
Provide overall support to ABSL members
Take part in organising one of the biggest digital, live and hybrid events in the Czech Republic – the ABSL annual conference
What skills should you have to match the position?
Secondary school with leaving exam / University graduate with passion for education, sales and business development
2-3 years experience in business development, sales; experience in training and professional development programs is an advantage
Specific skills – MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word mainly), Zoom, HubSpot or other CRM system is a plus
Experience in Account Management with strong customer focus
Great organisational skills with project management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (both written and verbal)
True and mature team player – in our dynamic team we really put this in practice
Creativity, open mind, proactivity, independence and responsibility to take lead on projects
