Second ABSL HR Club meeting on 10 March was hosted by Johnson&Johnson and sponsored by Grafton Recruitment. We had a great attendance of 50 HR leaders and managers from business service centers around Czech Republic and the topic of this session was “Compensations and Benefits”. The delegates discussed their approach in taking a comprehensive HR Survey specific for the BS sector.
Big thanks goes to main presenters – Martin Ježek (Grafton Recruitment) and Martina Mesteková (HAY Group) who introduced latest trends in salaries and compensations on the Czech labour market. The feedback from the event has been very positive and we are already planning the next HR Club session for beginning of June.
