At the latest online panel discussion with our ABSL Board, AB InBev & Newell Brands, and ABSL Strategic Partner, Colliers International, ABSL Panel: Engagement & Capabilities of BS, we shared the insights into best practices in people’s management, resource sharing as well as the trends in strategies connected to returning back to the office.

We listened and discussed the outcomes of the recent ABSL Survey on the engagement of centres in CSR activities during the Covid-19 pandemic and much more.

What were the main survey highlights on capabilities and engagement of Business Services during the Covid-19 pandemic?

Return to the office strategies:

80% of centres will deploy a new strategy – some employees will continue to work from home

CSR activities of Czech centres:

40% of centres drive their CSR activities locally,
30% of centres drive their CSR activities
both locally and globally

Workplace re-arrangements:

89% of centres will / have implemented at least 1 day per week of home office

Joint CSR activity:

79% of centres want to see business services involved in a joint CSR project

Safety measures:

95% of centres frequently disinfect and clean common areas

Resource sharing:

2/3 of centres would want to share resources now or as soon as possible
