Alan Neradny acts as Country Legal and Compliance Counsel in charge of Accenture legal operations the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Bulgaria. In this role, he has been supporting the company in Regulatory and Offerings, Ethics and Compliance, Entity Matters, Employment Law or Data Privacy. Before Accenture, Alan has been practicing law for more than 14 years, working for government, financial industries, investment, production and sales sector. He holds postgraduate degrees in Law and Management from major national and foreign universities. In addition, since 2016 Alan serves as Pride at Accenture Lead advocating for inclusion of LGBT employees in the workplace.
