Started as PMO and later as Project Manager for core banking transformation programs (3 years) followed by IT Team/IT Domain Leadership role (8 years). I have managed IT teams of project managers and SW designers at the very beginning, however my major core experience and expertise comes from the IT QA domain, where I have build 3 QA competence centers in various countries (CZ, Ireland) of KBC Group over past 6 years. The last one being KBC Group Testing Services Competence Center (Testing HUB) with over 100 employees provoding its services to various international entities of the Group.
