Chatbots are increasingly smart, within two years they will communicate on daily basis with clients and employees of all business services centres


Czech business services centres are successfully implementing chatbots, which are equipped with machine communication in natural language. The centres use them when communicating with clients, hiring new employees and other HR processes. In the last year, 30% of the Czech centres used chatbots. However, according to ABSL, within two years chatbots will be present in all Czech centres.
