Up to 79% of candidates interested in jobs within the business services want to see their future workplace before signing the employment contract. This was confirmed by the survey conducted by ABSL, JLL and Skanska, which illustrates that the workplace plays a crucial role in the decision of a candidate to accept or decline a job offer. The survey also investigated the satisfaction of the business services emplyees with the workplace layout and the use of office technologies.
