What are the outcomes of the previous ABSL Leader’s Forum in February that we will build on?

Expanding our Scope of Services

Our leaders have the ambition to push and expand their business through adding high value services and be the transformation leaders of the future. Whether it’s bringing MNA expertise or building a regional hub for Financial Controlling, we are keen to bring more capability to our teams and scrum master is in our DNA.

Driving Digital Innovation
We are the drivers of innovation. We look at the problem – not just the tools available. We are on the look out for the Next Big Thing, and are using our network to scan for digital innovations. Covid has brought tremendous opportunities in the digital space and we are building the competencies and cultures in our teams to drive further innovations.

Leading in Talent Management
In these challenging times, we are all explorers in New Ways of Leading and building trust with our remote teams. The well-being and motivation of our people has moved to the forefront of our strategies – as we move beyond many of the silos and limits we had set ourselves in physical spaces and old ways of working.

We embrace a culture of digital on-demand learning to engage and lead our distributed workforce. Mobility is on the rise and we are open and flexible to the opportunities it will bring our people and business.

Shaping the Business Environment
Our business services sector has been a major contributor to the economic growth of this country and our Covid response is second to none. Our sector continues to grow and compete for the Czech Republic on the global stage.

We will fight to ensure that the government recognizes and rewards the importance of our sector and that we are the future of this digital country.
