Engaging expats and foreign talent

Join us on May 5 for this unique event which will bring HR experts and Business Service Leaders together to discuss the challenges of recruiting and engaging foreign talent. This exceptional live event is organized in cooperation with Expats.cz and takes place in Hotel Fitzgerald in Karlín – the heart of innovations in Prague.

What can you look forward to?

You will meet experts and leaders from business service centers to find out more about relocation and employing a foreign workforce, which continues to represent 44% of the business services workforce in the Czech Republic. Since the pandemic, many processes in employing foreign talent have been disrupted and many centers report increased efforts in recruitment activities and support of their current foreign employees.

The speakers will focus on current challenges of recruiting, innovations in healthcare benefits, and many other opportunities how centers support their foreign employees. The panelists will share their best practices in reaction to the war in Ukraine and the currently expanding talent pool of expats in the Czech Republic.

The session will be followed by drinks & networking.
