Finlay Sawyer

Finlay has been working in the Shared Services field for 20 years. Since beginning a career in Finance & Accounting in 1991, he trained as an Accountant, and worked in Finance and Management Accounting, Operations Management, Project Management, and ERP implementations. Since 1999 Finlay has mostly worked in Shared Services, especially in Transitions and Start ups. He has experience in Transport and Shipping, Media and Entertainment, Financial Services and Banking, Electronics Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, FMCG, and Health/Medical sectors. Finlay has worked in UK, Hungary, Australia, Czech Republic, and most recently Ireland. Finlay was the Head of Finance Shared Services EMEA for Medtronic, based in Prague, and until joining J&J, the Head of EMEA Finance Shared Services for Abbott, based in Dublin. Finlay returned to the Czech Republic and joined J&J in September 2016, and is the Procurement Service Delivery Lead EMEA, and the JNJ Prague Site Lead.
