Leadership Challenges & How to overcome them
Main idea of our project was to:
- identify the main challenges for GBS leaders and understand general practices and solutions
- create a useful and practical toolbox addressing the challenges that might occur in a leader’s work
- learn from the experience of the senior leaders of major GBS centers in the Czech Republic
Topics that we covered were based on a survey at the beginning of the project and reflect the main challenges for the leaders in GBS. They spread from internal communication (team spirit, people development) to major company-related topics like talent retention and change management.
