The implementation of robotic automation, machine learning technology and artificial intelligence, as well as the preferences of young people, requiring as much flexibility as possible, create new professions in the business services sector. Czech centers are already looking for employees for positions with brand new job description, such as design of a chatbot communication tree, the robotic software training or the interconnection of technologies and people. According to the ABSL estimation, due to new technologies and trends more work roles will arise than disappear.
