Illya Pavlov is a seasoned HR/Recruitment expert and business leader specializing in IT and tech human capital. He presently runs the Prague-based company Acamar Outsourcing Services, whose task is to build R&D centers for world-class enterprise clientele. Under his guidance Acamar has become the one stop shop for integrated full-cycle R&D consulting solutions in CEE. In the past Illja was very successful in attracting the best tech talent in EMEA to Oracle Corp. Mr. Pavlov enjoys riding his motorcycle and is a passionate bass guitar player.
