Martin Le Grand

Martin Le Grand currently works as Human Resources Director for ADP Employer Services in Prague, the Czech Republic. Martin supports local diversity, inclusion and corporate social responsibility efforts and strengthens ADP´s ability to attract and retain the best talent. He is especially interested in topics related to equal opportunities. As a member of the Pride Business Resource Group, Martin has promoted ADP´s membership in the Pride Business Forum in 2019.
Martin has a diverse background in sales, consultancy and human resources. Before joining ADP, he spent 13 years in various HR roles in multiple industries including automotive, banking, FMCG and financial services.
