Michaël Vandenweghe

Michael Vandenweghe, Belgium by nationality but working and living for past 8 years in Brno. Came to Czech Republic when KBC opened its shared service centre and was part of the first 20 employees at that time and for multiple reasons, decided to stick around. Worked in the KBC SSC in several managerial positions over past years and is now in charge of the unit called Business Solutions Competence Centre, which covers the RPA CoC, BPM CoC, ABS and OEX. This creates an interesting cocktail of automation and all over process optimisation. Its mission is simple in words but challenging in execution: Support all business departments with improving their processes from the angle of quality, efficiency as well as control.
