Michal is a Lean Black Belt professional with extensive experience in E2E process improvement and automation. Michal joined Dixons Carphone CoE in 2015 bringing with him 8 years of experience from BPO where he gained extensive experience in operations, transitions, quality, risk, change and continuous process improvement management. During the initial years in Dixons Carphone, Michal primary focused on Lean Culture Implementation and Ops Excellence framework design and deployment. Currently Michal is managing development and implementation of Intelligent Process Automation strategy for Dixons Carphone Group (including RPA, cognitive tools and AI).
