The business services sector will soon be less dependent on employees who speak foreign languages. According to ABSL, by 2025 the natural language processing tools will be so advanced that they will reduce the need of foreign languages skills at a number of job positions. Expert knowledge and the ability to develop in technology will remain the most important requirements on employees from the sector.
