We would like to present you the results of a quick survey focused on employer’s attitude to home office due to Covid-19 and significant change in this matter during post-Covid times, which we shared across our ABSL board of directors in June. Please see our overview of the outcomes below.
Survey across biggest business centers in CZ – Main Highlights:
During Covid-19 most of the companies have been forced to work from home. As it turns out, this change means significant development and breakthrough in work-from-home attitude for the future. But how to set up the home office policy, how to manage space, how to maintain the corporate culture? In our survey we focused on these questions related to adjustment of working from home.
100 % offer HO to all their employees during Covid-19
63 % have only general WFH appendix to employee’s contract
100 % offer HO fully optional
63 % possibly plan a booking system in case of office desk sharing
50 % plan a hybrid model 3WFO/2HO
88 % work on best utilization of their space, not co-working areas
25 % support employees to stipulate their home office during post-Covid
50 % consider enforcing few days per week of WFH
