Sarah Burnett

Sarah Burnett is an Executive Vice President and Distinguished Analyst at Everest Group with global responsibility for the company’s Service Optimization Technologies (SOT) research
program. As part of this, she and her team have produced some of the most in-depth reports and thought provoking papers in the field of automation, covering Artificial Intelligence (AI)
technologies and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), process mining, global service provider’s capabilities in these fields, best strategies for adopting and best practice in implementing business process automation. Sarah is chair of BCSWomen, the women’s group of the British Chartered Institute for IT (BCS), and founder of AI Accelerator, a programme of free AI events, seminars and webcasts by experts, to encourage more women into the field of AI. One of Computer Weekly’s top 15 most influential women in technology in the UK, Sarah often speaks at clients’ and industry events and webinars.
