Vojtěch Sedláček

Vojtech started his career at public sector as an advisor at Office of the Government of the Czech Republic where he was supporting central state administration reform. He later moved to the Ministry of Interior where he managed the Program Management Office and Department of EU Funds. After leaving the public sector, he joint international IT consulting firm Devoteam, where he managed the IT Transformation practice. Vojtech started working for Novartis in 2014, first externally, managing a pool of PMs mainly in IT infrastructure project. In 2017 Vojtech took position of Project Execution Manager, being responsible for project delivery in the area of Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) across Novartis globally. Currently, Vojtech works as the ISRM Functional Integration Lead for M&A area, ensuring cybersecurity and compliance in Novartis mergers and divestures.
